Seeing her Victorian home returned to its former glory has inspired Gail Hynes and her family.
After the restoration work carried out by Gateway, the Hynes family have decided to take it a step further.
Gail explains: "We had been living here all these years and kept on saying we were going to do something. This gave us the push we needed to do the work. We even took all the plaster off the walls as we thought of we were going to do it, let's do it properly.
"Thirteen years ago, we paid £37,000. Someone reckons they are going for £90,000 upwards now."
